Small shop, but my husband did find a couple pairs of jeans that work for him. The sizes and styles are mostly geared towards 16-22 year olds.

I had lost my receipt and needed it to exchange items that I bought there in Texas. Nick was very helpful and found my receipt so I was able to exchange the items in Texas!! Thanks Nick!!

A medium size outlet but it has both male and female clothes. When we were there the third week of June, it had a great promo, and the quality is good and comfortable.

Best place in the world to buy jeans. I'd spent a couple hours already at all the Silverthorne stores, including Levi's, trying to find jeans that fit me right. I'm really lanky so it's not always easy. At Lucky, someone helped me as soon as I walked in. I was wearing baggy snow pants but she was able to size me up regardless. She grabbed a few pairs for me to try until she got the fit just right. Then I said 'the design on these is a little much' and she quickly got me a pair with less dramatic design that fit great. I was done in less than 20 minutes, and I'm still happy with how the jeans look and feel 2 months later. I got two pairs for $70 each--not the cheapest jeans in the world but I only buy jeans every 5-10 years so it was worth it to get ones that fit, feel, and function right and I don't know if it would've been possible without the help I got here.

Went in for fun after skiing and had a really good experience, Heather was great and should definitely get a raise because she’s so nice!

Lots of nice clothing. Very colorful and bright. Staff was incredible. The quarantine 15 has been the quarantine 30 for me. When I went to try in a large it was too small. I was about to walk out but staff stopped me to see if they could help me with sizing and different colors. Although I'm not happy to go up a size, I am happy with my beautiful top that fits and the kindness of staff helped me through.

The young lady that was working at about 3 today was the nicest salesperson of any of the outlet stores we visited. She was pleasant and helpful. I wish I had gotten her name. But thank you for being so nice and helping me with my purchases.

We had a great shopping experience at silverthorn Lucky outlet shop! Heather was so nice. She was. very helpful , thoughtful and knowledgeable. She’s also a Lucky Brand enthusiast and believes in the product … that makes sales. We went in just to look before going to the Levi’s outlet . We left with 5 pairs of jeans between my husband and me. If a promotion or raise was available , Heather is the one I’d give it to! Thanks Heather for taking time with us!!

Great Customer service. The sales associate was very friendly and helpful. I didn't catch her name but was an older woman, said she was the spouse of a Veteran. She was awesome and attentive but not in an annoying way like at some stores. I had a great experience. Great selection and deals too!

I'm adding to the excellent reviews for Heather, the store manager. I went in for jeans, and Heather was wonderful! She listened to my needs/concerns, offered suggestions as to type/style, and gave me her honest opinions regarding fit. This saved me so much research and time, as her picks were spot on. She is truly an advocate for customers and for the store/brand!
